Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies

By buying on our website you accept our Return Policy described below.

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. 
Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours. Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. 
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note:  Outlemax will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customer must provide phone number.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: Outlemax will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise, the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. So please be careful on the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. We do not ensure that the address can be changed on time before the product is sent, this is the total responsibility of the customer to place the correct address at the time of purchase. Cancellation Policy: Can I cancel my order(s)? If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately within 1 hour after the order was placed, even if you contact us within this period, we do not assure you that your order can be canceled, the customer is warned and it is his responsibility to be totally sure before making a purchase. Send us an email within 1 hour and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 1 hour window and/or because of the automatic processing and shipping reasons, even if you contact us within this period, we do not assure you that your order can be canceled, the customer is warned and it is his responsibility to be totally sure before making a purchase. Refunds (order cancellation) that are within the required period of one hour, will have a fee of 5% of the total order (only 95% of the purchase value will be refunded), this is for the fee charged by the payment processor (Stripe) when they charge the card with which you pay, this percentage is not reimbursed by Stripe and it is the responsibility of the person to assume this fee. Outlemax Guarantee: This warranty is a promotion that is only available until September 1, 2019. In order for your purchase to qualify within Outlemax Guarantee you need your purchase date to be before the expiration date of this promotion, If your purchase is not within the window to comply with the Outlemax Guarantee we do not accept returns or refunds promotion if customer changes their mind after receiving their order (s). if your purchase was made later of the expiration date, we can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty - damaged / broken or soiled upon arrival.
Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 24 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. 
Outlemax reserves the right to refuse any replacement if it does not meet the above criteria. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In the event that you reach an agreement with the support team for a product return, the cost of the return (shipping) is at your expense (you must pay it). Product returns have an administration cost of 10% of the cost of the order (in the event that the product is closed and never used) if the product is used and in poor condition and / or deteriorated the cost of Return for damaged product will be determined at the time it is received, be sure not to use the product or / or damage it to avoid additional charges.
